  PHRAS, was founded by myself, Peter Heaslop in 1994. I bring industry knowledge shaped by my early years at Price Waterhouse, later as Dalgety's Queensland State Manager for Operational and Internal Auditing and then as Rural Lending Manager in the 1980s for seasonal and term lending. I have walked the properties, worked with the people, and witnessed first-hand the pressures and opportunities of rural enterprise and occupational business. I hold all the usual qualifications and professional memberships (B Comm UQ, CA ANZ, IPA, Registered Tax Agent) and a number of specific registraions relevant to agriculture, small industry and real estate.
